Although Dahhak and Kalbi regard Surah Quraysh as a Madani Surah, a great majority of the commentators are agreed that it is Makki, and a manifest evidence of this are the words Rabba hadh-al-Bait (Lord of this House) in this Surah itself.

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ لِإِيلَٰفِ قُرَيْشٍ 1
For the accustomed security of the Quraysh -
إِۦلَٰفِهِمْ رِحْلَةَ ٱلشِّتَآءِ وَٱلصَّيْفِ 2
Their accustomed security [in] the caravan of winter and summer -
فَلْيَعْبُدُوا۟ رَبَّ هَٰذَا ٱلْبَيْتِ 3
Let them worship the Lord of this House,
ٱلَّذِىٓ أَطْعَمَهُم مِّن جُوعٍۢ وَءَامَنَهُم مِّنْ خَوْفٍۭ 4
Who has fed them, [saving them] from hunger and made them safe, [saving them] from fear.
